My research interests include parallel algorithms,
scheduling for large scale distributed platforms, large scale data management, over Clusters,
Clouds, and edge platforms.
Between 2001 and 2006, I was deputy director of the LIP laboratory at ENS Lyon, France, and
between 2006 and January 2009 director of LIP. In 2010, I co-founded the startup SysFera where I
was a scientific advisor. Between 2012 and 2021, I served as deputy to the scientific director in
charge of high performance computing, distributed systems, networking and software
engineering. Since September 2021, I am the director of the INRIA center at University Grenoble Alpes.
I am IEEE and ACM member.
